I will be cycling through the following states: DC (district), Virginia, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Utah and Arizona.
Training is going well, 115 km today with a fairly heavy rucksack on my back to get accustomed to the weight. Motivation is high and my feet are itching, I can't wait to hit the road to take on America!!
Dear Luigi I will continue to give you my recommendations because it seems that you are not listening !!! Please eat properly!!! It looks like you are losing weight! This is not good!!! You need to be in perfect physical conditions!! The trip will be long and tough! Besides this week it is raining a lot….then good luck with your training!!! De Coach
ReplyDeleteCoach!! I am not losing weight and if I am it is definitely not on account on bad eating habits as I stuff myself as usual. I suppose that the training helped shed those love handles of mine :-(

I know you are eating, but it should be the correct foods in order to provide you with optimal performance during this rigorous adventure. You'll figure it out.
